Escape To Budapest
I'm always on the look out for the best skincare so when I came across the Omorovicza brand which originates from Budapest (holy grail for skincare), I knew I had to try it.
There were four award winning products that I was desperate to try. I'm one of those kind of people that get stuck in a rut with my skincare and once I find something I love then it's pretty hard to pull me away.
Which is why I have been loyal to Liz Earle cleanse and polish for most of my teenage/adult life. That is until now. Whilst the Omorovicza thermal cleansing balm may be double the price (and then some) of LE cleanse and polish, the results are so worth it and the product is going to last a very long time since you need so little of it.
The thermal cleansing balm removes everything. And it removes even the stubbornest of makeup with such little effort. My skin has never felt so soft or hydrated after cleansing, it's as if I've had a mini facial. Especially if you continue to pamper yourself and use their refining facial polish or copper skin peel.
The refining facial polish is 'enriched with marine micro-algae' which is pretty obvious from the seaweed-esque colour of the product. The product is incredibly fine and doesn't feel harsh on the skin, which I find is the case with a lot of exfoliators. You know the type which kind of feels like your rubbing sand paper across your face? Yeah this is nothing like that.
But why stop there? Omorovicza have made it easy for you to have a facial at home with their copper skin peel. The solution is a combination of blue copper paste and lactic acid activator. Sounds crazy I know, but the results after one peel are insane. My skin has never looked so bright and I can't remember the last time I had a spot (touch wood). It really feels like you have a new layer of skin once you've used this.
All in all, the facial products have been incredible. After a month of using them my skin feels much brighter and just generally cleaner which is something I haven't experienced in a long time.
Finally, lets not forget to pamper our bodies. I don't have one girl friend who doesn't complain about stretch marks on a daily basis. There is no magic cream that will completely eradicate your stretch marks but there are a number of products that claim to reduce the appearance. In my opinion, they're all crap. I was yet to find one that helped. Until I tried Omorovicza Firming Body Oil, another oil that claims wonders - but this time it really works!! I've been using it for the past month on my hips which is where I feel lacks elasticity and has the most stretch marks. No, this isn't some super crazy oil that is a life saver, but it will reduce redness of the stretch marks so that they are not obvious to other people and also sinks into your skin so quickly, leaving it baby soft. Which is always a winner.
Would I repurchase? Well, I would definitely repurchase the thermal cleansing balm which has completely took over my love for Liz Earle (sorry Liz). The exfoliator is another must-have, especially after being told countless amounts of times that you should exfoliate at least once a week. The copper peel however, I think I could live without. I'm only 21 so I don't feel I need the luxury of an at home facial peel.
It doesn't look like I'll need to repurchase the oil for a while since it lasts so long but once it does run out I will definitely be stocking up to combat those dreaded stretch marks
