The DIY Christmas Tree

Tomorrow is December 1st and I am SO excited to get into the Christmas spirit.
Those who know me will know that I wait for this time all year and seriously go all out when it comes to Christmas.

This year will be mine and Anthony's first Christmas together, but as always we'll be spending it with my parents.

Instead of spending tonnes of money (that we don't have) on a Christmas tree, I decided to make a DIY alternative Christmas tree that I can use all year round!

What you'll need:

- Ladder (I picked mine up for £6 in Tiger - and mentioned this many a time throughout my video)
- Plastic Baubles
- String
- Plenty of Christmas bits and bobs to fill your baubles
- Glitter

- Fake snow
- Imagination
- Lights

Step 1:

Find your dream ladder. There are so many ladders you can buy, some are cheap and some are pretty expensive. If you don't have a Tiger near you or can't find it then I suggest checking Amazon.

Step 2:

Fill your plastic baubles with everything you want. This step is all about trial and error. Use your imagination, get searching Pinterest for inspiration, but most importantly - have fun with it.

Step 3:

Thread the string onto your baubles and hang!

Step 4:

Wrap your fairy lights around the legs of your ladder.

It's as simple as that! This is honestly the easiest DIY I've ever done and it looks so so beautiful (if I do say so myself) Use the hashtag #NFtree to show me your DIY trees!!
