Quick and easy breakfast recipe: Acai Bowl

  • 1 piece of acai (I get mine from amacai)
  • 2 frozen bananas (remember to take off the skin before freezing)
  • Toppings - I chose granola, frozen berries & brazil nuts

DSC_2290 Add the acai, 2 frozen bananas and a little bit of water to a blender. Blend till you get a thick texture and fold into a bowl. Finish by adding toppings of your choice and enjoy!
