Simple steps to a healthy 2015

In my previous post, I introduced to you all the Skinny Bitch Collective, and the fact I'm trying to make 2015 my healthiest/fittest year ever.I have struggled for years to keep fit and healthy even though I know everything that needs to be done. However, this year I'm taking a more simple approach by eating less and moving more. I'm using a few things to aid my year and think it may inspire and help a lot of you!

There is a lot of technology orientated pedometers around but I found FitBit to be the simplest and cheapest around. The goal is to hit 10,000 steps a day, 7 days a week, to see the biggest improvement in your health. Whilst 10,000 sounds a lot, if your actively moving throughout the day (even running up and down the stairs) then it is definitely doable. user-generated-content-luluemon.open-forum-630 2) The biggest thing that motivates me to work out or go the gym is what I wear. I am obsessed with LuluLemon products (not obsessed with the price) and was lucky enough to receive a full gym kit from there for Christmas. Their wonder unders are the comfiest thing I've ever worn and are super flattering on any shape.

There is a lot of tea detoxes floating around and I have heard mixed reviews on all. However, I've been trying the Slendertoxtea for the past few days and have never felt better. It's really simple as well as you only need to drink 1 in the morning for 14 days and 1 in the evening every other day for 7 days. The tea is super cleansing and makes you feel healthier and cleaner on both the inside and out.

4) Mixing things up with classes is a brilliant way to stay motivated. I'm not a massive fan of the gym and find I work a lot more in classes. Most gyms offer a huge range of classes but if you're London based, there are a number of new amazing classes around the city, such as PSYCLE - just like a cycle class, you are in a class with an instructor for 45 minutes, but the difference is the AMAZING music which makes it feel like you're at a club. Literally. Also, as said in the previous post you can now sign up to SBC video tutorials and gain access to their classes around the world.

5) Instagram and Twitter. Since we're all on these sites 24/7, why not use them to motivate and push you to get a healthier 2015? I follow tonnes of people on both sites such as diet chefs like Honestly Healthy and Clean and Lean or even fitness celebrities like Millie Mackintosh and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
