PFW: Chloe SS14

Chloe was established in 1952 by Egypt born Bagy Aghion.

Throughout its history, the brand has launched many beautiful collections, including the collection seen today at Paris Fashion Week.

Models filled the catwalk with simple pieces. Garments were elegant yet made a statement in their own right.

The colour palette went well with this simple collection. It mostly used the colours black, white, blue and khakee brown. Highlight colours were also used within the garment (light blue and cream white).

A range of different silhouettes seemed to flow across the runway as the pieces were made using a lot of material, creating the illusion of air within each garment.

The most common silhouettes that were seen were trousers, dresses, and tops.

Not a lot of accessories were seen in the show.

Overall, the S/S14 collection is simplistic and elegant. This makes the collection modern in a nice and clean way.
