Spring Couture 2013: Giambattista Valli
It was extremely hard to pick my favourites from this collection as there was not one piece I didn't fall in love with. Giambattista picked my brain for Spring Couture as he used my most loved colours throughout. The collection started with delicate monochrome pieces composed by lace, tulle, feathers and ruffles. Although the colours were dark, the serenity and beauty of Spring was still conveyed through the striking silhouettes. The second half of the show was like a burst of light, Spring had officially taken over his minds work and the pastel pinks made their way through the crowd. Silhouettes were coherently strong with flower accessories exaggerating the Spring season.
